My bulky GP02 and S-Gundam, and the kits I own 2 years ago

RX-78GP02A Gundam Physalis and MSA-0011 S Gundam, both are the only bulky ones I own.
Here's one picture I successfully saved before it was corrupted.

Again, 2 years ago hehehe.

Not to forget, tribute to Setsuna F. Seiei. I was so madly in love with his fighting style and abilities, I decided to collect all his mobile suits. Not all at that time, 00 Raiser was not in my list of models. YET.

Finally became friends? I hope not, Bandai will be mad of the plot twist.

RX-78-2 just like in Odaiba, Japan.

The 1/1 scale of RX 78-2 in Odaiba made into a smaller scale.
There is another version of it, the 1/144 scale, just that I can't find it in any local stores.
Rather expensive, but hey...it's a Christmas present for 2011.

I opened the box and there are workers, a forklift and many more. Just that everything is in somewhat of a gunmetal+black colour.
With my markers and not so good of a painting skill, I painted them. PLEASE bear with the horror :)

Then the RX 78-2 was assembled.

AMX-003 Gaza-C

One of the most vibrant-coloured mobile suits. Gaza-C mistaken as some sort of robot which was not shown in Transformers? I get that a lot since it's transformable.
Pink's my favourite colour, why not grab it? Hehe.

Let's get to the 'the-box-deserves-a-picture-too' part.
* WARNING: PLEASE DO NOT BE SHOCKED WITH THE NUB MARKS, I NEARLY FAINTED LOOKING AT MY WORK DONE 2 YEARS AGO*

And I bought this set of custom model decals just for this kit. It's RM10, so it's about 3USD.
Not to forget about the booklet too- I paid for that :p

Proceed to the runners.

Let's see my clipper/ plier/ whatever you call the snipping tool as.
Heh, a clipper for manicures, with a Zeon logo, of course.

The head + the verniers + that sexyy beam gun.

With the same silver marker, I painted everything in silver.

After the 'make-over'.

A month for the old models.

Greetings I bid,
If it's too formal then here,

I've decided, July will be the month for models that is done from 2010-2012.
Since I have so many things to post in such short time, July's the month to sort out the old and new.
Cheers to July with some odd pictures.

HG Mechanics MA-06 Val Varo (Val Walo)

Val Varo marks the huge improvement in the manufacturing of Mobile Armor in 0079.
The armaments and the design are both a major leap ( I sound like some narrator).
Found by Kelly Layzner, a Zeon lieutenant who survived the One Year War who fought alongside with Anavel Gato. Can't help it but to mention some bits, I'm a big fan of Zeon.
And the armaments!!!!

The claws!! (some hardcore fan or walking-wikipedia call it, Anti-Aircraft Beam Gun)

The three Plasma Leaders >.<

All done!!

Remake of RX-78

Dates back to 0079, the first series of Gundam.
Somehow this legendary plot-and-script-supported-character, Amuro, made it's way into a Gundam cockpit, RX-78's.
Nevertheless, Char is still epic.

Here comes the picture before the remake of it. This will be a very short post, only manage to get 2 shots during the process of it last year in March.

Then I took out this large sheet of water-transfer/wet-transfer decals and started to stick it into the kit. It ended up like.......

Remake of the old GP02

GP02 has been sitting down there with a lot of seam lines, nub marks and horrible lining.
Noob build I guess during 2011, it was finished in February at that time.
Then on September 2012, I decided that I should remake the whole thing.

Now for some (only two pictures ehehe) old pictures before the process of remaking the whole kit.

For the ''Materials Needed'' part,
I took a filer, any filer will do. Electronic ones, the traditional ones or even sandpaper.

And my toothbrush + this fancy so-called platinum-like silver marker (oil-based). A pain in the neck in removing the stains if mistakes were to occur.

And some chainsaws and to kill my neighbour.
And some penknife for some scribbling and scratching of the parts.
A SCRIBBLER is very very much APPRECIATED.

For the first time, I hid in my room and danced with barbie dolls.
Then I took the shoulder verniers of GP02.
And here's what I did last time,
1- I painted the verniers with silver using the marker.
2- I roughen the surface with the filers and scratched it with the penknife.
3- I turned on the fan because it's damn hot.

Verniers are pretty much silver to me, so the toothbrush was not used at that stage. WAS.

Then I did the same thing to the other part of the verniers.
The silver paint was applied onto the toothbrush just like how I apply Colgate.
Then what?
Brush!

Brush!

Brush!

And those inner-frame sexy legs get's some treatment too.

And eventually, I finished everything.

It's done! Finished! Cheers to le first time ehehe.

MAN-08 Elmeth

Second loot, 2nd time of building. Much more better than the horrible built of Byg Zam.
As usual, here's the box.

This time, with the booklet and the runners.

Just you can see, everything was green and later painted with a mixture of 10% black and 90% neutral grey.
The two 'beam rifles/cannons' are painted with this Platinum-like silver marker bought in Daiso.

Then it's done, I didn't have enough pictures for Elmeth.
